Musings of a retired teacher
I Love the contemplation you gave me and am very thankful for you and for it.I have sat in front of my computer all day today...I'm thankful that it works glitch free, and because it is such an incredible tool of communicationI'm thankful for laundry fluttering in the breeze drying naturally in the sunlight and saving electricity and dollars.
Aaaahhh quince blossom, how lovely, yes how lovely.I am thankful for the cool breeze up here in the mountains (where I live) ...after a hot humid day down at the office.I'm also grateful for my son and cat who both came to greet me at the door. There is nothing like coming "home".
I am also thankful to you for that beautiful blossom image - It reminds me of NZ.
Delwyn, thanks for 2 comments! I knew you'd recognize the quote from the contemplation since you've brought it into your heart. I'm glad you find it worthy. (So have I!)As to computers, boy, they're seductive and addicting. I'm trying to keep it to less than 60 minutes a day, and only on days that I get at least that much exercise. (This is an ambition, not an accomplishment.)I'm with you on laundry drying outside. We do the same except in winter.Blossoms are hard NOT to photograph!
Sarah Lulu, you've got quite a commute. Glad to know you're in good relationship with your son.
