Ryonen's Death Poem

Sixth-six times have these eyes beheld the changing scene of autumn.
I have said enough about moonlight,
Ask no more.
Only listen to the voice of pines and cedars when no wind stirs.

Hi Meri, and welcome to Mindful Heart.

I like poetry more and more with each passing year. Its brevity has something to do with it.

Thanks for leaving a comment.
