Dan, as always, your gentle and loving posts draw me in. Even when they are about/ for someone else.

I was just this minute reading my first post (- I was waxing eloquent about a pawpaw I was eating.) And I noticed that YOU, dear man, were my first commentator. I just wanted to say 'Thank You'! For being you, and continuing to blog about your life and philosophies.

Really? I wasn't aware of that, Katherine. I'll return the compliment by saying that you were among my earliest commenters on Mindful Heart and it was you that got me going.

So we've been longtime and important friends.

Keep blogging.

Ah, now thats a great Haiku - very contempory. Reminds me of some of the Haikus of Jack Kerouac.

Thank you, Alden! Always nice to hear from the OK Dinghy man.
