23 and 1/2 hours....

Here's a short presentation on my favorite form of regular exercise: walking. I so enjoy walking! I never knew, really knew just how good it is until after seeing this little video.

Loved this video, Dan. It reflects my philosophy totally. Can you imagine the total savings on medical costs if this regimen were followed? Think about all of the other places—education, e.g.—where the saved money could be put to use.

I am happy you enjoyed it, too. Yes, it would save a lot of medical care costs, surely. Even more important, perhaps, is how it would also improve the quality of life for people who practiced it.

I'm completely on board with this philosophy. Since I started walking (and I'm not referring to "power walking," but really sort of ambling, while taking note of my posture and breathing) I dropped 50 pounds from my frame over two years ago and haven't seen it since!

But what I really want to say about this video is...

Where can I learn to draw like that? :-)
