This documentary shows Dutch people saying their age up to 100.
English is close enough to Dutch that you should be able to understand the numbers especially since you have the additional information provided by seeing the faces of the people saying their age and knowing about how old they are.
For me watching this quick movie was a succinct and powerful reminder of how fleeting our time here really is.

Haunting and daunting as I approach my seventieth next month. I found it uplifting, however, to see the sheer diversity of life, not only among individuals, but within each individual over a lifetime.
It scares me everytime I think about how fleeting our time here is. I don't know what to do with it, so I try not to think about it.
G & S, yes, it is a bit haunting... I think the best thing to do is to make sure that every single day you do something that feels truly meaningful to you. It actually comes down to moments.
